4. Design & Artwork Approval

Printing or ad campaigns begin only after the client approves the final design or ad creatives. Once approved, changes may not be possible.

5. Payments

All services must be paid in full before processing. Paid amounts are non-refundable except in specific cases mentioned in our refund policy.

6. Lead Generation Disclaimer

We run ads to generate quality leads based on the client’s targeting. However, we do not guarantee conversions, sales, or customer behavior. Lead quality may vary depending on market conditions, budget, and audience.

7. Shipping & Delivery (For Print Products)

We deliver across Tamil Nadu and India through trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for courier delays or damages caused during transit.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are only applicable for proven defects in printing or service errors from our side. Digital marketing payments, once started, cannot be cancelled or refunded.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses due to delays, ad performance, printing variations, client-submitted errors, or business outcomes. Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, templates, and materials are owned by us. Reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy and Data Usage

Client information is used only for service delivery, marketing communication, and verification. We do not sell or share personal data except with trusted service partners.
