3. Estimated Delivery Time


Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner availability. Most orders are delivered within the standard estimated period, but delays may occur due to:

- Weather conditions

- Courier network issues

- Festival seasons

- Operational challenges beyond our control

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics.

4. Shipping Charges

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

7. Incorrect Address


If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or returned. Re-shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

8. Delivery Attempts


If the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts, the courier partner may return the package. Any additional charges for re-delivery are to be borne by the customer.
