REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. General Policy


All services are processed with full client confirmation. By placing an order, the client agrees to the conditions mentioned below.

PRINTING SERVICES (Business Cards & Branding Materials)

Printing begins only after design approval.Once approved, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be allowed.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only if:

  • - There is a clear printing defect caused by us
  • - Wrong product delivered due to our error

4. Non-Refundable Conditions


Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • - Colour variations of 5–10% (industry standard)
  • - Errors in client-provided text, images, or design
  • - Low-quality logos or files submitted by the client
  • - Damage caused during courier transit

5. Reprints


If the error is from our side, we will provide a free reprint or a suitable solution.
